My question is: whats the point? How is posting some random status, or sending three hearts to five women on your contact list, or taking a picture of you not wearing make up actually helping anyone with cancer? You want to help someone with cancer? Donate your money, your time and your love. Don't post something stupid on facebook. Share a meaningful status on facebook on how you've been inspired/affected by cancer and then get off your butt and actually do something. Go volunteer at a hospital, especially a childrens hospital. If you know someone who has cancer, be their friend, and don't be weird about it. Help out the families of the patient with cancer by helping take care of their yard, or babysitting their other children when they're in the hospital. Do something thats actually useful, and don't get mad at me when I choose not to forward your dumb facebook message thats going to "raise awareness." Because when I help someone with cancer, I want to do soemthing that is actually going to help them. So get off your computer and go help. And dont tell facebook about it.
